Orders can be altered or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed. Refunds for cancelled orders within the 24-hour window will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

All products are carefully packaged. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@oravero.com with a clear photo of the issue. If applicable, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive for timely delivery but cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties. Oravero is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery problems, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
